CANCELLATION POLICY

PATCH TEST POLICY

When booking an appointment with me you confirm to the Cancellation policy I have in place, which states, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

If, however, an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or you miss an appointment, I will need to charge 100% of the missed appointment price.

Please note all brow and lash treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior to the treatment. This applies to all new clients, if 6 months has passed since your last treatment or if there has been a change to any medical history. Please let me know prior to your treatment if any of these apply.
